Research Project: Multivariate clustering of multimodal data

Aina is a Master’s student in the Biomedical Informatics program and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SDSU. She joined the BDIL in 2014 and has been working on her thesis topic which consists of a multimodal analysis of the in-house dataset using the machine learning algorithm called Conditional Random Forest. Her area’s of interest are neuroinformatics and machine learning algorithms.
